研究领域

主要从事医学教育学的研究,在教学中探索创新,形成了独特的教学理念和方法:

1)践行以学生为中心,以胜任力培养为导向,秉持三位一体的教学理念:针对临床医学专业的职业发展要求,在本科阶段着力培养临床思维和实践能力,教学中融入职业精神和医学人文教育。将学习外化为学生的创新行动,内化为学生的精神追求,实现价值-能力-知识统一。

2)以问题为导向,突出实践能力培养:教学中通过对PBL教学法的合理应用,突出理论和实践的结合,激发自主学习能力;结合案例教学,实现从“知识学习”向“能力养成”的转变,突出临床思维培养;利用整合课程、模拟医学,基于能力的多元化评价设计,促进胜任力导向医学教育在本科阶段的开展。在病理学课程中,开创了探案式教学法。

3)强化信息技术在教学中应用,提升学习效果:教学中综合应用3D成像、AR/VR等技术,建立MOOC课,创建虚拟仿真平台等,以线上线下混合式教学模式提升学习效果。
