研究领域
主要从事T细胞与炎症疾病领域的研究。长期关注Th17细胞分化发育过程中的转录、表观、代谢和分子调控机制等方面的研究,以理解其在人类相关疾病中的功能及调控机制。未来拟重点开发基于Gibbs自由能(ΔG)的高通量实验方法,并通过结合生信技术,精准确定转录因子或DNA结合蛋白的功能靶点,构建基因调控网络,了解其在重要生理活动和人类疾病中的功能。
科学贡献
系统解析了Th17细胞的首要转录因子RORγt和特征细胞因子IL-17相关的顺式和反式调控机制,发现多个顺式DNA调控元件,并揭示了其在Th17分化发育过程中的转录、表观和分子调控机制。曾首次揭示发烧与自身免疫疾病之间存在因果关系(Immunity, 2020),相关发现曾被F1000Prime、Nature Reviews Immunology、Immunity、Science Immunology、ImmunoBites等10余家国内外学术杂志和媒体予以评论和推荐,并被评选为“细胞杂志出版社2020中国年度论文”。到目前为止,共计发表SCI论文40余篇,包括多篇Nature、Immunity等杂志论文,总引用2000余次。
