人体免疫学与疾病。囊膜病毒的感染机制:对囊膜病毒入侵宿主细胞以及宿主产生的免疫应答进行研究。通过对新冠肺炎康复者的体液和细胞免疫反应进行研究,发现患者清除病毒后机体能产生保护性的适应性免疫反应;靶向树突状细胞的疫苗:设计靶向树突状细胞的疫苗,接种后对抗原特异性的抗体和细胞免疫反应进行分析,并比较靶向树突状细胞不同受体分子引起的适应性免疫应答反应;肿瘤免疫:通过对临床上切除的肿瘤样本进行系统分析发现新的肿瘤免疫治疗的靶点,同时利用小鼠肿瘤模型对肿瘤浸润的CD8+ T细胞耗竭机制进行研究。
科学贡献
通过小鼠肿瘤模型以及肿瘤患者的临床标本发现了新型的B7免疫检查点分子,B7-H3,B7S1以及VISTA,对肿瘤患者的免疫治疗提供了新的靶分子;在国内外首次发现新冠患者适应性免疫应答反应特征,为疫苗的设计和优化提供了新的理论支撑;同时,还从事免疫转化相关的工作,搭建了免疫平台,已为国际制药公司提供多项技术支持。以第一或通讯作者的身份发表在Immunity、Cellular & molecular immunology等杂志发表学术论文23篇,共发表学术论文58篇,引用近4千次。在此期间,申请专利2项并授权1项。担任vaccines、Frontiers in immunology等杂志编委。
