研究领域

肠道黏膜免疫与菌群调控机制,尤其是天然淋巴样细胞在感染、代谢性疾病、肿瘤发生等过程中与肠道菌群协同调控的机制。肿瘤微环境调控和新型肿瘤免疫治疗药物开发,着重发现肿瘤抑制性免疫微环境的调控机制和干预手段,通过开发新型免疫治疗药物实现对肿瘤免疫微环境的重塑。

科学贡献

发现ILC3的组织异质性以及ILC3通过和T细胞相互作用调节肠道黏膜体液免疫新机制;发现ILC3通过影响黏液蛋白糖基化修饰调控肠道共生菌进而影响病原体感染的新机制,研究揭示了肠道黏膜免疫反应过程中天然免疫与获得性免疫系统之间复杂的相互作用,阐释了新的宿主-菌群-病原菌的相互作用机制。发现早产儿天然淋巴样细胞发育缺陷与新生儿疾病相关,发现天然淋巴样细胞在胃炎-癌前病变-胃癌进展过程中的动态变化,为癌前干预和胃癌早期诊断提供了新的靶点依据。以第一作者或通讯作者在Cell Stem Cell、Cell Reports、Science Bulletin、JACI等杂志发表论文20余篇,曾获得国际免疫联合会青年免疫学家奖,研究成果曾获得北京市科技进步二等奖。
