科研聚焦外周神经系统在大脑和器官之间的重要桥梁作用。研究阐明了神经系统与器官间的互作网络:描绘了脂肪、肠道中的自主神经支配图谱,揭示了脂肪内神经支配在病理生理条件下的可塑性变化、调控机制及对代谢活动的影响,鉴定了介导交感神经调控脂肪消耗的重要下游分子,发现了交感神经调控肠道神经内分泌细胞、控制血糖、影响认知行为的关键作用,发现了神经免疫经由外周-中枢传递的细胞通路及调控功能。
