研究领域
主要研究方向为干细胞与再生医学,人类多能干细胞向心血管细胞、造血干祖细胞和免疫细胞分化的调控机制,应用这些细胞制作类器官模型, 研究人类器官发育和疾病机理,促进细胞治疗等临床转化应用。 另一研究方向为哺乳动物早期胚胎发育调控, 影响人类胚胎早期发育的遗传突变及作用原理。作为项目负责人多次承担科技部重大科学研究计划干细胞专项、国家自然科学基金项目。在Nature、Science等国际权威刊物发表干细胞、胚胎发育、类器官方面论文70余篇,他引4000余次。获得若干项国家专利。为多个国际学术刊物的审稿人,国际干细胞研究学会会员,中国动物学会生殖生物学分会委员,中国细胞生物学学会,生理学会会员。
