研究领域
实验室主要研究正常和疾病状态下的细胞分化过程中转录调控的动态变化和驱动因子,以及肿瘤新抗原与T细胞受体之间的相互作用规律。为实现这些目标,我们开发基于测序的高通量组学新技术和分析算法,生成高质量的训练数据,并用这些数据构建准确的预测模型。
科学贡献
开发少量细胞广谱基因编辑脱靶检测技术,发现基因编辑脱靶效应具有极强的细胞异质性,提示脱靶检测在基因编辑技术临床应用中的必要性。开发了超高通量单细胞RNA-seq,ATAC-seq及多组学技术,建立小鼠及斑马鱼早期胚胎发育单细胞染色质可及性图谱,鉴定细胞分化过程中重要转录调控因子,提出胃癌微环境中T细胞浩劫的新路径。
