研究领域
姜楠副教授致力于研究老年脑健康相关的病理学(包括脑机制)、患者路径、护理康复、长期照护及社会保障政策,以及数字疗法(APP应用程序、人工智能、可穿戴设备等)在老年认知障碍与精神疾病的应用,主要专注于以下几个关键领域:
老年认知与精神障碍病因和发病机制:研究老年神经精神疾病的环境因素,以了解暴露于社会环境因素(例如生活环境、精神压力等)与发病风险之间的关系;早期诊断和筛查方法:系统梳理早期诊断生物标志物和影像学技术,用于早期检测大脑病变,基于数字疗法开发新的认知测试,用于早期评估认知功能障碍;预防与早期干预方法:研究多维复合认知干预体系(例如饮食、运动、睡眠等)对老年脑健康的影响,设计数字疗法干预临床入组,开发针对高风险人群的干预措施;老年脑健康全程管理路径:开发和评估新的认知障碍全程管理模式,聚焦基于社区、个性化全程管理模式,设计以患者为中心,贯穿疾病预防、诊断、治疗、康复、护理等各个阶段的综合性管理服务;老年脑健康国家管理政策:收集有关患者及其家属的社会经济特征、疾病状况、护理需求和政策受益情况等数据,对国家相关政策的有效性、合理性和公平性进行评估,提出改进政策建议。
科学贡献
为中老年群体研发基于智慧健康医疗平台的认知障碍全流程数字化解决方案。循证建立了失智症和认知障碍照顾者照护负担和积极照护体验交互模型,首次定量刻画了家庭照顾者心理动态,开发了家庭照顾者优势视角干预模式;建立了基于社区支持、风险因素、“分区施策”的循证量化指标体系,揭示了宏观政策、社区和个体因素对我国认知障碍症发病的影响;率先落地了基于数字平台的认知功能筛查,服务1300万人次。研究结果为优化认知障碍防治策略、合理配置长期照护资源提供了科学依据和决策参考。近五年在包括Age and Ageing在内的老年学和老年病学国际期刊发表论文27篇,在老年学、公共卫生、社会工作等领域的大型国际会议上作20余次特邀报告。参与撰写全国人大议案《设立专注健康老龄化研究中心,实施全民脑健康行动计划》,研究报告获得国家卫健委医政司与医疗应急司批示与采纳。
