Research Areas:
Epigenetic regulation of tumorigenesis
My research focuses on exploring the molecular mechanisms underlying the occurrence and development of tumors. More and more studies have shown that epigenetic regulation abnormalities are closely related to the tumorigenesis. My research focuses on the key roles played by histone modification, DNA methylation, and tumor signaling pathways in gene expression, cell differentiation, and tumorigenesis. We mainly explore the epigenetic regulation of tumorigenic molecular mechanisms through techniques such as cell biology, histopathology, biochemistry, and multi omics, etc.
