Educational Research Areas:

Since joining the Tsinghua medical education team in 2012, I have undertaken the construction of multiple undergraduate and graduate courses, including general pathology courses. In teaching, I have explored innovations and formed a unique educational philosophy and method:

1. I practice student-centered, competency-based education: to cultivate clinical thinking and practical skills in the undergraduate stage in response to the professional development requirements of clinical medicine. I integrate professional spirit and medical humanities education into teaching, and internalizing it into their spiritual pursuits, achieving the unity of values, abilities, and knowledge.

2. With a problem-oriented approach, I emphasize the cultivation of practical abilities: through the reasonable application of PBL teaching methods, I highlight the combination of theory and practice, stimulating independent learning ability; combined with case teaching, I facilitate the transition from "knowledge learning" to "ability development," emphasizing the cultivation of clinical thinking; using integrated courses, simulation medicine, and competency-based diversified assessment design, I promote the implementation of competency-oriented medical education in the undergraduate stage.

3. I strengthen the application of information technology in teaching to enhance learning effects: I comprehensively apply 3D imaging, AR/VR, and other technologies in teaching, establish MOOC courses, create virtual simulation platforms, etc., to enhance learning effects through a blended teaching model of online and offline.
