Research Areas:

Development and industrialization of novel CAR-T cell therapy products for the treatment of oncology and autoimmune diseases. According to the mechanism of T lymphocyte activation, a new TCR receptor-based CAR-T cell therapy method has been designed, and related CAR-T/TCR-T cell therapy products have entered early clinical trials for immunotherapy of cancer patients. Up to date, I have published about 40 peer review papers in prestigious journals such as Nature Medicine, Nature Immunology, Immunity.
